Educators and their institutions are one of the greatest influencers on the next generation. Mental and emotional models of personal competence, empathy and individuation are formed during the adolescent years of school. Helping young people with both self awareness and being societally conscious will have the biggest impact on how our governmental, corporate and social systems evolve for future generations.
Improving the mental state, level of resilience and self leadership ability of graduating adolescents is what drives my passion to work directly with educators.
I have been working in schools since 2008, positively impacting the mindset of students, teachers and staff. Working with educators is my passion.
