Available Monday through Friday and some Saturday mornings. I am ASCA certified in Switzerland which means most complimentary health insurance will reimburse part of one-to-one sessions. When 5 one-to-one sessions are purchased you receive a 10% discount.

The beChill Exams Course Outline

6 classes of 75 minutes each
Minimum 3, Maximum 6 students per class
Online over Zoom

  2. The adolescent brain and stress. breathing techniques and releasing tension.
  3. The emotional brain and the differences between emotions and mood. Techniques for shifting mood and out of strong emotions.
  4. Finding my place and focus: Techniques to center the self and build concentration.
  5. Quick stress release through anchoring and breathing
  6. Building a bright future. Techniques to move beyond challenging moments

2024/25 School Year Course Dates

The EARLIER you take this course – THE BETTER! It is advised that you take this course at least 8 weeks prior to the start of your examination period in order to get maximum benefit.
